Decision Support Effectiveness Study

With the growing use of decision support tools it is not uncommon for organisations to have implemented a vast number of different solutions across different portfolios and regions. This makes it difficult to manage the entire suite of decision support tools and often an organisation is unclear as to how these solutions are performing and whether they have met with the original intended purpose and therefore delivered the required benefits.

DecTech's Decision Support Effectiveness Study has been designed to provide a complete internal audit of all decision support tools used by your organisation. The audit will cover the following: what decision support tools are used, how effective are they (how were they developed, how have they performed relative to predictions, what is the current performance, what is the age of the solution, have any significant changes occurred in the target market, how appropriate are these solutions), what monitoring is in place, what data constraints are there, how is the product perceived by the user and what effects are there on the end customer.
